Brent is a Pacific Northwest native with a background in security and high stress environments. Born the son of a U.S. Army infantryman, he realized the need for more at an early age. Brent served in the United States Coast Guard from 2006-2015 with units under the Deployable Specialized Forces (DSF) command.

Brent completed 4 overseas tours along with a two-year rotation supporting anti migration/military offload in the Gulf of Mexico. Brent has civilian experience in retail theft and veteran mental health crisis. His key strengths include problem solving and focusing on attention to detail. Maintaining cleanliness and order are a large motivation for him in the workforce.

Tariq Schmidt is a highly competent security professional with years of experience working on many various security, public safety and protection details without incident. He has excellent interpersonal and soft skills with a big emphasis on emergency medical, conflict resolution and de-escalation and continues to train.

Tariq possesses strong leadership and team management capabilities, staying up to date on current industry policy and SOP. He possesses and maintains strong marksmanship skills, multiple FEMA disaster relief, communications, wildland firefighting, emergency management and crisis management certifications.
Tariq previously served as a Cavalry Scout in the U.S. Army and is currently still serving in the Guard.
